Terms of Booking &

Cancellation Policy

We require every new colour client to have a skin test and consultation before we can secure a booking for you. This is to ensure your safety as well as give us an opportunity to make a plan for your colour appointment,& book out the correct time to achieve your desired look. Consultation appointments last roughly 30 mins and are charged at £30.Should you proceed with booking an appointment with me after your consultation, we will discount the cost of your consultation fee from the overall cost of your colour. Should you wish not to proceed with booking an appointment after your consultation, your service charge will not be refunded.


Skins tests must be carried out and we will not carry out a colour service without one. lf you have a reaction to your test, you must let us know at your earliest convenience as this will mean we cannot proceed with your colour service.


Products and ingredients are constantly changing, and your safety is a priority. To secure an appointment, we require a booking fee following on from your consultation. You will be required to leave a booking fee of up to £50 for balayage/colour work or 50% for all other appointments along with your PPE charge. The cost of this plus your consultation fee will be discounted off your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Booking fees will be fully refunded as long as you give me 48hours notice of cancellation. We require 48 hours notice so your appointment can be offered to another guest. For appointments under the value £25 which are booked within 48 hours notice,we require full payment upfront and this will act as a non refundable booking fee. If you cancel last minute or dont show for your appointment, your booking fee and consultation fee will not be refunded.


For repeated last minute cancellations or no shows of hair service where we cannot offer an appointment to another guest, you will be required to pay for future appointments in full in advance. Again we have a 48 hour cancellation policy in place, and you will receive a full refund if you cancel within that time frame. We are a small but busy salon and appointments are limited.
